i just love the Amiga community ... okay it has its strango's and some crazy freaks... but by and large there just some great people don't you think
LOL you know the graphic artist has fangs... and mean face scratching ability
its okay... i can hold him off for the moment by distracting him with pretty colours.... but ..... well.... could be good hide

I really appreciate the link and Classic Amiga.com is looking great!
But before we tread on anyones toes I best mention that we are not the 'official successor' (unless are we? I suppose the community decides) although we have Amibench authors blessing to carry the torch as is it were it must be said that he also has other plans for Amibench.org to which he wont say. which sounds ... interesting

I just changed the title to Amibay launched. And I also wrote, which I intended to do previously but misspelled it, that Amibay is the INofficial successor of Amibench.

Hi today i got around to instaling AWEB on my amiga and i must say this site looks great even on the real deal :wink: Great work guys... I am running a resolution of 800x640 and i must say it is indeed very speedy and usable..

slight lag problems using opera V8 even on a 20mb broadband conect :?
Nice to see a real alternative to the Amiga E-bay farce of old ...
To me supporting this project is about fair deals for ALL real enthusiats not thise who just found a dusty box of old bits in the attic.
Those who may not know Zetro from Adam...... may not realise he is quite a hardware authority in the recognition & conection of unuseal Amiga hardware...hopefully the use of real pictures from our advertisers can clear up some of the OLD Amibench "what is it ? " questions

We would appreciate it if you would take a look at the site, read what we are about and if you feel like giving us your blessing, give us a mention on the old Amibench site for a while?
I cannot as it is going to clash with my next project. Whilst I personally wish you all the luck in getting somewhere with AmiBay, AmiBench is to remain closed and the web page will not change until something happens to the project I am working on with someone else..
