Small update, I was waiting today for nitrogen gas to be delivered today as we ran out on Friday. Time wasn’t wasted, all the insulation sheets were laser cut on a different laser and also added a little laser marking to the mouse/joystick plates



I can’t go too crazy with the marking as it’s galvanised steel. If it was stainless we could have more fun, hower just a little nod to the original marking.

Once gas arrived it was onto cutting Zorro cages for the back of the cases, I think the only things left to cut at the top bar for over the daughter board and the honeycomb vented covers, everything else is cut.

I've now added vented Zorro slot covers to the options list, please see the original post of pictures, these are £12

I made a slight error on calculations of when I hope the first cases would ship, I had hoped to be emailing the first people on the list this evening and shipping out some cases tomorrow until I realised its Easter holidays and I cant get UPS on to collect DOH!

Some progress pictures later, I expect to have cases ready to ship but just not being able to send them until Tuesday now

If you would like to add Zorro slot covers just let me know and I will add them to the list. I will post a video at some point at why they cost as much as they do in Comparision for a small item!

Thanks again for another update! From the video you sent previously, I can imagine those plasma / laser machines and especially the heads are expensive to run. I've seen "water cutters" at MACH - shocked to learn that the cutting head is the sacrificial part! £££

We have a automated beam profiler (a new one now) that uses a mix of oxy and plasma to cut profiles into I beams - fascinating to watch
