I need an Amiga Analyzer fixed. One 9 pin socket needs 2 wires soldered in pic labeled 1. Another has an entirety missing pin socket on pic 2. They both need socket covers too. There's one more that has a white wire idk where it goes in pic labeled 3 & 4. I tried to see where the other end of that white wire is and attaches to but can't find it at all.

Yes PM stands for "Private Message" or you may see members use the term DM for "Direct Message" which is what the new system that runs the forum displays them has, but they are essentially both the same on here.

Hello. I live in Japan. Please forgive me if my English is poorly written.

A few years ago, I received a broken Amiga 4000 and had the motherboard repaired by a repair shop overseas. The repair was successful. When the motherboard was returned, it had a 68030 CPU (which the repair shop had sent by mistake). However, when I connected the standard 68040 CPU board, it wouldn't boot.

My hope is to get my disassembled A4000 working again with the correct CPU, but there are small parts missing, I don't know the correct wiring, and it's difficult to put it back together on my own.

Given this situation, I'm looking for a reliable repair shop that can help me put my A4000 back together and get it working again (adding the missing parts if necessary).

I understand that this will cost some money.

I would appreciate your help.

did you try these 2 jumpers:

Function	Jumper	Setting	Description
CLK 90 Clock Source	J100	1-2	Internal (020/030)
		2-3	External (040)
CPU Clock Source	J104	1-2	Internal
		2-3	External

When you change the CPU card from 030 to 040 you have to change/move both jumpers, from Internal to External.
