Good news for all who plan buying 15 kHz capable LCD, my friend just bought 19" BenQ BL912 and it works just like the BL702A and it has also DVI input so you can use both PC and Amiga. So who wants bigger screen, its a good choice.

What would the image quality be if the monitor doesn't support 15kHz? Is this adapter totally useless then?

If your monitor doesnt support 15kHz you can use the adapter to display all modes that are over 30 kHz like DblPAl, DblNTSC, Multiscan Productivity etc.
