Time to tune it up a bit:

Took off some of the front plastics

And gave them a proper shower

There was some sticky substance that I had to take care off with a knife and hair ducker so that I could take apart everything. After a little tinkering, the monitor surround plastics came off of the front plastics and the marquee also came off.
Oh there was also 41 screws.

sigh... japanese arcade smokers and yellowed plastics meet... I scrubbed from the other side on this pic to demonstrate how much dirt will come off with microfiber cloth.

A bit of spray to the monitor surround. Bye bye yellow. Hi there black!

The sticky tape stuff will hide behind the black speaker surround plastics

Put everything back together for a while

and off to wash a bit of the control panel parts

got some dirt off but there is some rust that I can´t help

It´s better but still scratchy.

Actually, one of the first things I did was to change the coin mechanism. It now accepts 20 eurocent coins
