Hi Everyone,
I haven't posted here much because I no longer have an Amiga but I hope I can pick some of your brains.
I have a few old systems that I want to sell, one of which is a 128D (plastic body) thats been stored for years. I plugged it in, turned it on & left it running whilst I tuned the TV with no issues apart from a noisy fan.
I wanted to load something so turned it off while I dug out the Datasette, when I turned it back on I quickly turned it off when I remembered I wanted to test the commodore key to go straight into 64 mode but when I (immediately) turned it back on holding the Commodore it tripped the breaker for my sockets in my fuse box and continuously does every time I now try to turn it on!
So, I assume something is wrong with the PSU, is this an easy fix, are replacement PSU's available? Any help is greatly appreciated.
Regards
Mark
TLDR: After years of storage, tested my 128D and it was working until I quickly turned it on-off-on again & since then it immediately trips the breaker on my sockets, is it an easy/inexpensive fix or should I try to sell as is?
