@DjCook - thank you for taking the time to sort everything out for me. Yes, I did actually totally miss out on that new LAN + IDE-card, but I'll absolutely have it in mind. If you have another minute to spare, I have a few follow-up questions:

  1. The LAN + IDE card looks really neat and compact, and like the perfect Zorro II-companion card for the CDTV. I notice that you are selling breakout-boards for the Amiga 2000. Would it be doable to design a similar breakout-board for the CDTV, too?
  2. Regarding my question about Flash ROM for the CDTV, I should have been more clear with what I'm looking for. I'd very much like a Flash ROM that will allow me to store SANA-2 network drivers and so on, so every accessory will be immediately available on boot-up. X sells a really neat little card called the fFlash 4000 [link], which supposedly "enables the storage of software that is to be executed when the Amiga is started [...] For example, the initialisation of PCI cards, booting from USB mass storage devices". Is there anything similar available for the CDTV that would be fit inside the case if you have a TF536 + Zorro II-adapter + LAN+IDE-card already in place?
  3. Finally - would you consider doing some kind of bundle price for anyone who would potentially be interested in ordering a LAN + IDE-card, a TF536 and a Zorro II-adapter board for the CDTV?

@DjCook are you able to tell what the current queue is for these items? I'm unsure whereabouts I am in the list of people :)
Need to check, I don't see You in Interest queue, but please don't worry, will surely have one card for You, guaranteed!

Hmm, that's a good idea!

Nope, CDTV is Zorroll machine, Zlll cards will not work on it!

Probably not.. I am doing all cards in batches. LAN cards, for example, are sold out currently and these are not on my to-do list. As about Zorroll Adapter - it is in prototyping phase yet, and I have no idea about release date yet, so yeah... Let's hope that some day You can ask me same question and my answer will be "Yes!"...

I don´t see my name Name in the Interest queue. have you forgotten me?
Need to check, please don't worry, we will figure out something..

Have checked:
Some persons wasn't added to interest queue:
Screenshot_2024-02-04-23-39-44-270_com.opera.browser.jpg
but I have reserved their accelerator cards already:
@prosonic, @outatime, @Travailleur, @PRMac, @cloverskull, @Dindi, @Qix
Please expect payment notifications shortly

Edit - I prefer a ceramic CPU so if I need to source one separately for you please let me know ;)
If You need a ceramic CPU - please do the Povray rendering test on it and send it to me (if it passes all the tests).
It will be soldered on the card then.
Best regards,

DjCook

Hmm, that would probably take a bit more time than I really want to spend waiting for this, I'll take the non-ceramic CPU in that case :)

You will not regret about, it runs absolutely stable, much cooler than ceramic, and it also has MMU... there is really no reason to pay more...

Got it, and thanks for your reply. Regarding those LAN + IDE Zorro II boards, please let me know if you are interested in creating some kind of "waiting list" up ahead. I'm confident that a bunch of CDTV users just like myself would be interested in ordering a card if and when that Zorro II adapter will be available to order. Like you were suggesting the two expansions seem to fit like bread and butter, so to speak 👍.

I do have a question before declaring interest: is it compatible with the SCSI options which exist for the CDTV ?
I mean, if the TF536 is installed, can we connect an external SCSI device like a scanner of a SCSI2SDv5 ?
Thank you.
interessed by this response too.
