@DjCook - thank you for taking the time to sort everything out for me. Yes, I did actually totally miss out on that new LAN + IDE-card, but I'll absolutely have it in mind. If you have another minute to spare, I have a few follow-up questions:
- The LAN + IDE card looks really neat and compact, and like the perfect Zorro II-companion card for the CDTV. I notice that you are selling breakout-boards for the Amiga 2000. Would it be doable to design a similar breakout-board for the CDTV, too?
- Regarding my question about Flash ROM for the CDTV, I should have been more clear with what I'm looking for. I'd very much like a Flash ROM that will allow me to store SANA-2 network drivers and so on, so every accessory will be immediately available on boot-up. X sells a really neat little card called the fFlash 4000 [link], which supposedly "enables the storage of software that is to be executed when the Amiga is started [...] For example, the initialisation of PCI cards, booting from USB mass storage devices". Is there anything similar available for the CDTV that would be fit inside the case if you have a TF536 + Zorro II-adapter + LAN+IDE-card already in place?
- Finally - would you consider doing some kind of bundle price for anyone who would potentially be interested in ordering a LAN + IDE-card, a TF536 and a Zorro II-adapter board for the CDTV?
