Nah I am locked at 30fps, but to give it it's due it feels very smooth. At the start my GPU was 5% and my CPU was 20% LOL

But I am done with it now until tomorrow, get it unlocked and start getting some achievements

If it runs 30 without drops it ought to feel pretty darn smooth. 60 would just make it a bit more responsive - considering the material (ie not twitchy stuff).

30 solid atm. Also a guy on another forum has fixed 1080 so it now renders at 1080 and not 720

Took him 23 mins to do it with screenshots.

Another guy managed to remove the 30fps cap but it makes the game run super fast, so may have to wait on that for awhile.

60fps and I'm sold

This is a WIP fix, and he is still tweaking and releasing new version every half hour or so until its right, so be prepared to redownload for updated versions

HOW TO INSTALL:
-Download the zip file from the link
-place both of the new files into the Main Dark Souls Directory folder (where the games .exe is located)
-Edit the "DSfix.ini" (with notepad) file with the resolution you wish to use or downsample from.
-Save the file and launch the game

Be sure to turn off the IN GAME Anti-Aliasing and Motion Blur setting, otherwise, you could get a black screen.

makes all pads to be compatible with the Xbox360 mapping... it even downloaded a working profile for my Logitech RumblePad 2 , it works great!

Yeah that fix from that guy makes the game look fantastic. V4 now I believe with DOF fix.

This is a maintenance release, and adds a few mouse-related features people were asking for.
Mouse cursor toggling with F9 should now be less finicky
You can toggle whether the mouse is allowed to leave the window with F10
(this is useful in windowed mode or in fullscreen with multiple monitors)
Both of these settings can also be set in the .ini
The fix introduced in version 0.2 for cut-off text/buttons has been reworked to be much less invasive — if you have seen any degradation in performance or functionality from 0.1 to 0.2 this should fix it (I haven’t seen any changes)

This will probably be the last version for a little while, I have to go to work tomorrow

MSi Afterburner does not work with the res fix, so I am just using dxtory instead. Fraps will probs work as well.
