Nice. I notice you have 256gb SSD there. Do you recommend (is it even supported?) to have one large partition for something like that?

Sure! Nothing speaks against that.
LIDE Bootrom can work with up to 2TB large devices. Be aware large partitions need to be supported by Your operating system, so You need to use something between 3.1.4 & 3.2 - these OS have large partition support

@8 Bit Dreams

My Dicke Olga Advanced arrived, marvellous packaging, totally safe in shipping.
My heatsinks, thermal adhesive, thermal transfer foam and stand-off hardware arrived just now.

Since there is not much space for a heatsink on the SATA bridge chip, I've used thermally conductive foam to help keep it cool with the SSDs aluminum housing.

First power up complained of "bad 4MB FastRAM".
I swapped my MC68882 chip and everything just started working properly.

Was a weird sort of error, but I figured the card was tested before shipping, so it was likely my CPU or FPU causing the issue,
and swapping the FPU was easier, so I did that first.

Tools used.

The soldering of the board looks wonderful under a jewelers loupe.
Thank you for another quality build :)

Can I run my own build of Olga? Is that project docs and cpld sources available for non commercial use for my own computer?
