bahhh

I wouldn't have thought that 5.25pm was late - I'd say that was pretty early :D :D

:D

GOing from inform to AMOS to ... goodness only knows what.

Write your stuff in Inform 7 if you're writing a text adventure: that'll give you a story you can port as needed :), and you can also target zcode version 5 for which an Amiga interpreter already exists!

Inform will force you to think of your story rather than the programming challenge...

lol , well i may stay up a bit longer then!

i did wonder if i could port the game from inform 7 to an Amiga interpreter ...

interesting

yay :-):-):-):-):-):-):-):-):-):-):-):-):-):-):-):-):-):-):-):-):-):-):-):-):-):-):-):-):-):-):-)

may TEST adventure - running on an Amiga!!!!!!

the first thing ive ever done myself on the Amiga !

thank you all, your all on my christmas card list :-)

If you were subscribed to Amiga Future you should knew that months ago. ;)

lol , by tomorrow? .......who needs sleep

perhaps mr Phantom...

its so simple a 5 year old can do it! ......just need a 5 year old to explain it

Well done honestly, and I have loved reading this thread :)

Definitely on my 'to do list', to create some home brew :)

Keep up the good work:thumbsup:

Forgot to mention AV - wow that was spooky given the age of the video clip, like Macromedia Director at least 5 years before it ever existed..!:wooha::cool:

I'd press the red key...
It's nice to know that things are starting to work out for you!
If you decide to do anything with graphics involved, i could lend a hand
Awesome times ahead cap'n

ha ha thanks,

yeah something with graphics is on the list later on....this is purely old school

but definatley at some point in the future, id like either drop down graphic AKA the pawn etc or half screen graphics AKA the hobbit...

and then point and click AKA Lucas Arts lol :-)

Okay room layout done I.e map
(some) important objects in them

witty humour added
dry wit and sarcasm sprinkled on..
Just puzzles and better discriptions to add.

I'm keeping it simple and short , kind of a coffee break adventure if you will
so I should think it will be on here this weekend :-)

the controlling of light / dark caught me out today but I've got the hand of it now.
Also scoring and a secret to uncover is puzzling but I have some hints now, a tomorrow job I think

@mjnurney: I'll be looking forward to some Alpha/Beta/Gamma testing :D
Good luck!
