That is very impressive, I was going to ask what a FPGA accelerator would be but I simple google'd FPGA:-

So the magic of this is that this will effectively be an A600 accelerator but without the traditional chip route i.e. an Motorola 68k family chip? Instead it is going to use a completely custom configurable chip:wooha:
I guess if this actually works, then anything might be possible in terms of future upgrade paths?:wooha:
I'll say it again, there are some
incredibly talented people in the Amiga community
PS - love the A600 in the early shots, I suspect it was use for about a year before the A1200 came out and then shoved in a loft for 18 years as it is perfectly white, yet the TV modulation box has rotted out!!

I was trying to find the EAB thread for this project, but failed miserably.. still found this one, and again, blimey the talent out there in the Amiga community is staggering:wooha:

I'm not on the EAB forum (and probably shouldn't as i spend enough time online anyway) but if someone could send on a blooming well done from me please do! - I've always wanted to play both Sam & Max and Day of the Tentacle and on an Amiga would be something special. FT is an absolutely brilliant game as well
Staggering

Stumbling across my old A600 could be the most expensive thing I ever did, and I have since been given my A1200 back that i brought when they first came out............................................
