Happy Birthday Harrison

@ Harrison, Kin Hell, Dreamcast270MHz

I don't like sweeties, cakes and such stuff, nor cookies etc, but you better watch out not to increase your diabete (sugar) these holy days...

Scones are nothing like cookies and frozen or packet scones are also nothing like the real thing. You really need to look the receipt up online and make some to see what they really are, or have a visit to England and go to Devon/Cornwall to try some of the best. The Isle of Wight also have some great Cream Tea places too.

I also got a Dremel for Christmas, and am off now to try it out. ;)

@ Dreamy

Yeah m8. I've tried your buscuits whilst in Florida a couple of times over recent years. They are nice too.

@ Phantom

Some sugar in your diet is just as important as none. Certain sugars help break down carbohydrates & some fats. It's all a balance really.

@ Harrison

Are you taking about scones, pronounced like the word 'one', or scones, pronounced like the word 'own'...?? I prefer the latter....

Let the controversy begin....:coffee:

@ Phantom

A good scone gets it's sweetness from the fruit (e.g. currants) added and doesn't need any added sugar. ;)

I really had no idea there is a difference between the two. Over here, we say Scone (Skown) and I guess those are what I'm talking about, i'm really not an expert in food, except eating it!

We have the whole IT industry at our fingertips for flamewars. Intel vs. AMD. ATi vs NVidia (Oh, we did that already) VI vs EMACS. Amiga vs. Atari. With all these available to you, you still decide on the skonn-vs-skown debate! And just to be contrary, I'm a 'skonn' person. :-)

Oh, back on topic, Many Happy Returns to you, Harrison! (If a little belated)

@Harrison

I like this. Cunningly recycle the birthday thread from last year! Nice work.

Happy Birthday, Harrison. Have a good one! You also have my sympathies, I know what it's like having a birthday soon after Christmas. Still, I'm sure that won't stop you having an awesome time!

Happy birthday Harrison, and what did you get this time ?
My christmas has been so good already with that Blizzard 2060, damn that thing is fast :D

Happy 36th Birthday Harrison

I would like to point out that finding a Freddie Prinze Jr cake is impossible
