Hi all i have question regarding NES
I got a pal nes console and TV that can handle both pal (50hz) and ntsc (60hz) video signal
And wondering if got an adapter to play ntsc games from u.s. Or made region free by cutting pin 4 on lockout chip
... Would ntsc games play at right speed (gameplay and sound) with no graphics glitches

Since the console will still be running at PAL speed so will any NTSC games. Compatibility also isn't 100% due to this timing issue.
Due to the design of the NES nobody has been able to achieve a true multi-region mod.
However some clones can be made true multi-region.
