How to start programming with Amiga? C or BlitzBasic?

Hi,
i've never programmed in my life, (really never). I'd like to start with, just for fun on Amiga 68k. Where can i find tutorial for beginners and, what i need?
It's better C or BlitzBasic?

I'd say it depends on what you want to program. I'm in the same situation as you I want to make a start but haven't really programmed in years (did some Cobol like 20 year ago but forgot it all). I want to write little script launching tools to begin with for workbench so i've bought some books on C (and read through two of them). If I was trying games though it would be basic like Blitz or Amos.
