@salaxi54

Does the silly British humour translate to greek ok? in the version of the game on here, there are lots of reference to british lifestyle and history ...

other nations may not - get it?

I wouldn't be so sure about that detail mate :)
I do recall locals having problems understanding bits from comic series such as Benny Hill at times; But that doesn't have to stop you, you're targeted towards a wide audience..

Good , I didn't know if everyone would understand it..

I do like obscure british comedy...

This parrot is deceased!

@salaxi54

Nice sleek spaceship you've made there :-)

I'll try to get it into the game this weekend and add your name as the artist...or art director?

:-)

Looks like amiga frotz doesn't support graphics in blorb format, only in the old infocom mga/cga format... :(

Ok finally done some work on the game tonight but i'l test and edit it a bit tomorrow before uploading it..

spelling seems to be an issue :-)

As i get older i type just a quick as i used to but now i press two keys at once and my tired eyes fail to notice and thing wrong!!

lol age...

I often find that my fingers get in front of my brain and when I look at the screen I've got many a letter in the wrong order :D

And it's complete gibberish :) or as I just typed it "gibebrish"

Dave G

i have the very same issue - letters inthe worng place or spaces missing :-)

I was going to download your game and have a go with it but I'll wait for your update first

I finished the wedding DVD today - so once any changes asked for have been made I'll have a bit more time to play with my Miggys.

excellent , thats a big job out of the way then....pressure off?

For a couple of weeks until the next one - but the next one isn't family - so you could say more pressure to get it right :shhh:

ok finally updated the game a little

more work to do but its all playable now...i think :-)

Nice update, and more interesting ways to die :D

I can see there's a little fixation with dodgy food: apples, mushrooms...

Ha ha thanks , well the food was an early way to see how edible things worked , I was going to make the mushrooms give the player a high and be tempted by there imagination in to certain doom...

Haven't got that bit to work yet , so it's not in :-)

Any grac users here? My next project on the Amiga is a graphic adventure game...

I've asked in programming but here too

I know txt games are not to every ones taste and hopefully anther project is an Amos game , an update of parsec on the ti99 but for the A500..

Lol fun

---------- Post added at 09:19 ---------- Previous post was at 08:15 ----------

I may do all these in Amos pro if it's possible?

Need a Amos pro manual , my Amis basic manual is not so good for pro..

Exciting news....to me at leased.
update:

im experimenting with graphics, i can get graphical widows now above the txt on the mac but im having issues on the Amiga side.

if i can get Amiga graphics in a game i'll be a happy bunny indeed...

time will tell :-)

I am as excited as a very excited thing that has won first prize in the most exciting excited person contest. That should of been cancelled for fear of being too exciting.

Maybe some format-conversion software could come in handy?
What kinda graphics have you found out being supported/unsupported?

Not sure , I'll have to get back to you when I get home. It what ever the amiga interpreter supports , not frotz but gluluxe or something like that. It supports inform multimedia sound & graphics .glblorb I think it is.

I only had a quick look last night...
