Hi,

I have a second Promodule unit for CD32.
The problem is that it doesn't see FDD or HDD (last owner said that week ago he ran it from CF).

In EBM there is:
Board Number 1, Manufacturer 17740, Product 1, Status: working (looks like RAM),
Board Number 2, Manufacturer 17740, Product 3, Status: working.

It's rev. 1.1, with IC's in sockets - my default is rev. 1.2 with IC's on board.
Could it be the problem with sockets?

Thanks in any advice :)

There could be oxidation on the socket pins or on the chip pins. Try cleaning and reseating the chips to see if that helps. It wouldn't be the first time that a socketed chip needed to be reseated after shipping.
