Hello, I am attempting to do what you have already done here. I have several A3000s with stability issues. All were fine 10 years ago. No battery problems, they were replaced with coin type long ago. I am going to recap one of the PSUs and see if it helps. I also tried an ATX PSU (Solid Gear SDGR-FLEX-320) This unit is small and has the -5V line. I tried moving the MB jumper J350 for the tick signal, but that was not acceptable. I ordered parts to make a tick generator, but it seems you have solved that in a better way, also dealing with the -5V. I am definitely interested in this project.
Regards, John

I don't sell fully assembled PSUs. I have a few DIY kits still available. I build TICK boards to the order so it can take a few days before I will be able to post it. Please contact me via P.M.

I did receive mine quite a while ago, just haven't found the time before today to start fiddling with it.
Enclosure quality is excellent, psu works.. just need to remove the 3.3v from the psu and plug the rest of the cables into the a3000 connector

I already received mine, thank you. Nice case.
There are no holes for the original A3000 PSU board.
I have an A3000 PSU internal, I wanted to install it, but I need to drill some holes in the side panel and base plate, etc.

Then I bought a Seasonic SSP-300sub, which has holes in the base plate, but the holes are unthreaded.

Question about the ATX PSU:
If I use the -12 (blue wire) for the tick generator module to generate -5, then the -12 wire for the Amiga3000 is missing.

How do I fix this?
Can I tap into the -12 wire for the tick module and the A3000 connector ?

When I asked if you require FSP250 50GUF you replied that no. I assumed that you sourced it yourself. If you could explain me your plans I would provide more details and for example tap additional holes ( you still can do it yourself if you have M3 tap).
I am sorry for misunderstanding.

In the first version of TICK PCB was only one soldering point for -12V. Wrangler mentioned in his video that it's problematic so I added another point. One can be used as IN another as OUT.
Please see picture.

Thank you very much.
I used these two images as a reference; a second -12V solder point is not visible.
However, the included modules have two -12V connections, as you can see in the image you posted.

I misunderstood. Please delete the old image that only shows one -12V connection.

The pinout diagram for the connector and the module is very helpful for laypeople like myself.

Thank you :)

FSP250-50GUF is the power supply?
Yes. Do you need one? Or going to source yourself?

Yes, power supply is full range (sold a few as part of the kit to USA). Yes I can ship to USA, but you may have to pay some custom duties now.
