Will we have an Amibay table? I'm gathering a box of stuff to donate for sale towards the server funds

what is the deal this year? are we officially displaying? do we have tickets? have we submitted a list of machines? can we tell them we have an official Walker case to show? will we have everything from a c64 through to an os4.xx machine? etc, etc, etc........
Think it crunch time I been asking these questions for a while now so will someone plz tell someone else who what and why but it alll good it all rock n roll

Are we exhibiting this year? If so, I'd like to bring stuff (like last year) and I need to know if I need yo buy myself a ticket or if I can get in as an exhibitor.
It's nearly September and this thing is in October .... if I need to buy a ticket, I've only got a month to sort this out now .... please can somebody provide information on this ????

I've sent a PM to Phil (r0jaws) as he normally arranged the Amibay table.
I know Phil has been very busy with a house move recently so maybe he's not seen the thread.
Just to double check too what Hotel everyone has booked so I can get myself and Mrs Fitz booked in too.
Not bought tickets yest as waiting to hear back from Phil...

Sadly it looks like Phil/(r0jaws) wont be able to make it this year. (Not sure about Zetr0 I'll PM him later)
Phil has given me the contact details or who he usually deals with however it seems they've not been in touch asking for our services this year.
In order to get a table we might need to offer them something such as arranging tournaments/prizes. As for exhibiting, I don't think they will need our kit but we might need to supply reliable machines for tournaments if we're hosting them.
If anyone is up for helping out with anything like this let me know, I'll make contact and ask about out usual table as it would be nice to have an Amibay meeting point at least!

spoke to Keith last night, yes we have some tables, yes he is attending.
so we will be running 8 bit through to 32 bit plus maybe a NG machine, and the Walker just running Amiga demos on a loop.
