If possible, replace R62 on the motor pcb, with 220 kOhms resistor.
Other than that, I can't help any further..
Every time you disassemble the motor pcb, check with a DD disk if alignment is OK.

You have to mark everyone who has paid as "completed" and the one who has declared interest 24 hours ago without any pm, as "expired".
For example, if I want to declare interest now, I can't.
Edit: to mark someone as expired, click on the clock next to the tick mark.
