Tf328 flashing new firmware

Hello,

Can someone help me with a quick list of things needed to flash the tf328?

I don't need debugging capabilities, but would like something simple like an USB blaster as with vampire.

Also I know you can use a raspberry pie, but kind of after something more plug and play.

I don't think a USB-blaster can be used to flash a TF328 but you can always buy a cheap Xilinx adapter on Ebay. Preferably I would say that you should use a RPi, one time hassle only.
