I must say that I was reluctant to give Perifractic credit at first, but boy I was wrong! What an amazing effort pulling this all together. I still use original hardware too, but the Ultimate64 feels like a C64 to me (I like it better than the MiSTer core, amazing as it is), and it's simply a lot easier to get along with these days. I'm also too busy to hunt down parts and build systems... it will be awesome to have a fully-assembled machine in a Commodore box, maybe even under the tree! 🍻

Am I the only one to think that these clear LED lit "C64s" would make excellent adult-movie-set lighting rigs? :-)

(Yes, quotation marks for "C64")

The thought never crossed my mind. Should we do a poll? :D

Options:

1. Adult-Movie-Set lighting rig.
2. Christmas Lights gone rogue.
3. Something Xzibit made on MTV's Pimp My Ride back two decades for a Pontiac Firebird K.I.T.T. project.
4. What Prince used to compose "Purple Rain" album.
5. A re-imagined retro-computer you'd be proud to bring home to Mom.
