Just to be clear on this: do we need to upload a clean basic A600 rom, or can we upload a Remus modified rom?

I think Kipper2k's post was quite clear - the file must have CRC-32 value of FC24AE0D which means clean 40.63 (A500/A600) KS 3.1 ROM. No custom ROM, no 3.X and no encrypted ROM.

Maybe it is possible to implement PPC in FPGA and there already FPGA with PPC included from the manufacturer. But the Vampire II is now not only an "68020 @25Mhz or something" accelarator, but it is the new Apollo Core. You do not need a PPC anymore. No need to port everything from 68k to PPC. Apollo Core is an new 68K CPU. Check performance at apollo-core.com

If... vampite cnn reach performance around 600mhz-1ghz ppc.

I have run aos 4.1fe on my ppc 330mhz it works. But its like Windows. It need a lot of cpu to be able to full emulate 68k. Whdloads is tooo slow on classic ppc boards

Good thing the Vampire has a 68k core then so you won't have to emulate a 68k on a PPC FPGA core.

Hi All, i am seeing a few failed login attempts to my ftp. Users are trying to login with their nicks... Do not try this, just log in as "anonymous" no password required. (dont type the " ")

Once i verify the checksum i will move to the validated folder so that majsta can see they are valid files. You cannot delete, move or copy files yourself so if something goes wrong with the upload change the name slightly and try uploading again

My questions are the following;
last price was 150€ with 25€ shipping to my country -Malta [EU], is this correct?
Suggested KS-ROM is to use 3.1, where I have bought and ordered one and it's on the way...then what to do? Is there a software to grab the Ks that you require?

Please confirm the above and then explain what to do next in order to pay you via paypal...

Yeah grabkick works and is gui graber

Kick2f from aminet grab kick and give you a textfile with the md5sum. I doubble checked mine in pc.

@CraigsBar, why would you zip the rom file (creating a bigger file) and use a different naming convention?
Kipper2k instructions are different...

Zipped to allow the crc-32 to be confirmed easily on a Mac and only as few k bigger

I confess I had assumed these were gone given the multiple "pre orders are finished" posts, and I had (wrongly) assumed Kipper's were still indicated as the higher price "pre orders" on the first post!

Maybe this could be clarified in post 1 at the bottom?
