Got my Vampire 2 today, I diden't realize in beforhand exactley how small and beautiful this babe is ;) ..
Now i have to dig up my second A600 from my messy basement... Excited :D

Not gonna lie, I've seen all the YouTube videos and am super jealous of everyone ahead of me in the pre-order queue :)

I received an email 3 days ago from Kipper for order I placed in December. Personally I would prefer him to do real work (fill orders) than answer emails that put him further behind. Once caught up, then he can respond in a timely manner.

Received my Vampire today. Probably won't find the time to test it today but the weekend is almost here so...

It isn't, as has been stated many times before (including on the first post) you will need to order from kipper2k. I doubt this will be the last time this is stated, but I live in hope.
 
maybe it IS time to edit the thread Topic. It's obvious ppl aren't reading the info on page 1.

Seems like a somewhat loose fit so I took out the mobo completely in order screw it in place with the 2 plastic pieces and screws provided with the board. That's where I'm at, currently. But I'm planning a proper test for tonight.. (as soon as tonight's guests leave and kids are asleep ; -) )

(When I have something up b running, I'll follow it up by postings some pics in my Amiga gallery.)

Excellent, looking forward to it.
 
Just received my Vampire II but it's not working. No board inthe early startup or no fast ram detected in the workbench. I have green PWR on and red ACT led on.
I tried with and without the little white plastic pieces with no luck either.
The board fit tight on the cpu and the socket of the V2 came already sanded / polished.
What can I do or where can I ask for help ?
