No problems here, their good in every way, a lot of kickstart sets 3.2.2 ordered, a TF1230 with kickstart 3.2.2 for it and OS 3.2.2, had some staring issues, but was helped good by email. I now understand the workings of the TF1230 and that it is picky at certain board revisions. So far everything has always been received good and promptly

Hi all

I purchased an mediator 4000di from amigastore.eu, after about 6 months the board would no longer recognise the pci cards and 1 of the z3 slots , i had coolvin look at my mediator and told me its under warranty send it back , amigastore.eu said they would process the warranty, after a few months of trying to get a reply they replied to my email saying damage had been done to the board and not posage damaged, so would not replace with a new one , but send for repair, i was asked to post in the forums as this is unacceptable and hopefully help people buy from decent amiga outfits.

This is interesting. Had something similar happen. But in my case the slot for the mediator CPLD got damaged in the post. Due to the brass barrel nuts hitting it during transport. Also got hit with a £60 import tax fee! Have you contacted Elbox?

My experiences with them have been all positive.

@Lord_protector I've merged you thread from General Chat into this thread about Amigastore.eu

Since i have posted on here they have said it might be customs that damaged the board and have offerd me a refund which i have taken after publication on this forum.

I have shopped with them 4 times. In the years 2020-2023
Each time I was very satisfied, although I waited about 2 weeks for the shipment

Yes I think I have ordered from them 6 times over the last 4 years and haven’t been very satisfied and in fact now they are my preferred Amiga ship I go to first to see if they have what I need.

Recently ordered some parts for A4000, and one of the items, replica PCB, was damaged during the transportation (was quite a deep scratch, up to the traces :(). Wrote to support with photo and explanations, received a replacement PCB in like a week. I'm happy with their service so far :), ordered a lot of items in about 10 times or so this year, and no issues (except the last one, but this was delivery company's fault). The processing time was always in the range of a few working days.

I bought their 3.2.2 KS ROMs with the ehide.device and the ROMs were fine; I've found that those EPROMs with repaired pins, is an issue with EPROMs bought from China. Further, while some Chinese EPROMs with soldered pins had the soldering joints polished, they were still quite brittle and not acceptable.

If you contacted AmigaStore, I believe that they will correct the problem shortly.

Each to their own. I have had a hit or miss experience with Amigastore.eu. Last order I had a damaged Mediator 4000D for Tower setup. They did sort of argue the toss with me… But did offer help and a refund if needed. Just be careful with import duties when ordering. Would Inorder with them again? Yes… But it would depend if they had something I needed I couldn’t get elsewhere…

I've used amigastore a few times from memory expansions to tf536 and a few other orders. I've never had a problem so far. (touch wood). Would I continue to use them.. probably.

How long does Amigastore.eu usually take to respond to emails these days? Based on my current (and previous) experience, I would tell people to avoid. However, when faced with other options, I'd say they're better than the worst.

It can be hit or miss. Just depends to which department you send a mail to. This time of year (Just after Christmas), then it may take a while depending if the store is still on Holiday/Vacation.

Don’t forget these places are not major outlet stores with major backing 😉👍🏻

I got a reply in like 1-2 business days when I had an issue.

It's now going on a week and before this it was an entire month. The message was sent to two different addresses.

While I'm understanding of the issues that crop up with small businesses (I've run one myself) I feel like there are a few Amiga-related retailers who insist on having it both ways.
