Hello, thanks for your comments, as per email if you need any help with assembly feel free to contact me, the picture of the upper board is only to show you which pins on the 060 socket shouldn't be connected to the lower board. The coloured pins are the same regardless of the PCB revision. Just match up the orientation of the socket.

if it helps at all:


Ive chopped off the rest of the PCB and rotated the board. the coloured pins have to be soldered onto the board, but trimmed beneath do they don't connect to the bottom board.

adapter almost assembled , i have one problem between upper and lower pcb there is no space for 3.3v stabilisator

Hello, please feel free to contact me if you need any assembly instructions, however in this case there is a section on the instructions that says about installing the 3.3 regulator. As the regulator is quite fat! One option and the best/popular is to add 3 pieces of very short wire to each leg, so that the regulator partially sits outside of the assembly, you should be able then to sit the two boards together

hello should be 100nf if I remember correctly (not infront on my laptop at moment but 100nf I think)

if you have any problems with pins (bent) that can't be fixed then PM so I can resolve

btw, regarding availability of 68060 sockets, the one I happened to have is just a generic 223/224/225 pin PGA socket, I think.. They should be available from various sources, just not as '68060 socket'. (e.g. http://www.inelcohunter.co.uk/510-83-223-18-091101)
