I rememeber saying that about a 1200 motherboard and an A600 case.... then some brite spark goes and prooves me wrong and gains uber l33tness ;) :D

Try find a way to attach a hard drive to a cd32 without sx-1 or the works? ;)

Since the CD32 already have a functional Gayle, it is just a matter of routing the signals to the appropriate header.:shhh:
 
That would have been nice. Upgradable memory without need for an expansion board... :blink:
 
I'd call it an A1800, since it's an A1200 and A600 combined.

James, i was trying to understand what you did with the keyboard part. I mean, did you get to use a "chopped-down" A1200 keyboard and maintain the ribbon cable, or have you found a way to attach the A600 keyboard to the mobo? Awesome job, nevertheless! :thumbsup:

The A1200 and A600 keyboard ribbons are the same size, so my guess is he plugged the A600 keyboard into the A1200's connector.
