Looking at your pics, yes there has been work done on that A1200, the IDE header has been replaced so there probably was a leak around that area and the IDE pins look a bit sus ( IDE HD LED coming on indicates maybe fault around there like a short) so I would carefully re-solder those IDE pins again, and can get hold of some Diagrom roms ? as that will help a lot with diagnosis.
And have you check the Voltage outputs on the Board (+12, -12v, +5v ) and the PSU itself as a weak PSU will give you all sorts of problems

She lives ,but something is a little bit of with this video

Psu is from A 500 , at the moment I can’t check the voltage’s because I just moved house an I am operating on minimum tools , as soon as I find all my tools I will check that as well.

When it warms up start freezing and after reboot I get this. If I let her cool down she’ll start as it should and work for about 15-20 min

That indicates an overheating component issue. How hot does the Alice chip get?
Also worth checking the 68020 CPU. If that feels hot and can’t be touched for long. Then that is a suspect.

Pull the kickstart ROMs, reseat them back in their socket and try again.

You might want to use a pencil eraser GENTLY on the legs of the chips to ensure a nice clean contact before you plug them back in.

If it still does the same thing, check the soldering on the sockets themselves - scrutinise closely for any dry or cracked joints.

Also double check the voltages from the PSU both with and without a load on them once you find your multi-meter. If you can, clip the leads onto the mainboard power input socket and keep an eye on them for about 20 or so minutes whilst the mainboard is powered up.

That will leave your hands free to check for extra hot silicon.

I can still touch Alice chip but it gets hott after 10 min of boot screen, no load whatsoever.

Put a big heat sink on Alice and she if you get the same errors after a period of time, but it looks like you have narrowed down to the fault as Boing Ball did mention

After more than two months she lives and more, running pistorm68 with Caffine os,new power supply, fully recaped.
Playing some rtg games now, superb experience.
