Hi MKL,


I am interested in one of these for a CDTV, to drive a CF card.

-I already have 2.30 CDTV custom roms and also a KS 1.3 / 3.1 rom switcher installed.

Can you let me know if they are suitable?

Has anyone tried an IDE-Fix '97 or equivalent board with this? Interested to know if the secondary IDE channel is recognised.

Yes, with the IDEFix Software I can use a CF-Card and CD-Rom together with the ide68k.

Did you have to do anything special? When I tried it, it broke my ability to write to my cf card (although I was having other issues at the time).

Hi MKL

I sent you an email a while ago regarding buying a IDE68K for my CDTV. I have checked that I should be able to use it on the CDTV as its a similiar motherboard to an Amiga 500.

Can you tell me if the CFIDE you are selling is the same one as the one storm has put a picture up in this thread:

Has anyone made a custom 1.3 rom with Gayle IDE support? I'm looking at doing this and would appreciate a pm from someone who knows how.

Then I can order another ide68k from MKL. :-)

Hi, the v208 (IIRC) I offered you looks like this:

Also, 3 v293 should be complete soon. It has "two ended" round pins on the underside and socket on the upper side, so it's taller.
