AMD Southern Island Cards

Hello all
I know this seems like a very Noob question for anyone even remotely ofay with graphics cards
I am trying to find a list of graphics cards that use the southern island chip
A bit of googling says it's the 7000 series? But they all seem to have other code names and some use other chips? Do all 7000 Radeon use the southern island?
Also any recommendation on a card?
