Searched the thread on the a1k.org forum, and found this list from Mozart who designed the adapter.

7x 100nF 1206 (halbvier)
2x 10uF 1206 (halbvier)
3x 4,7k 0805 (halbvier)
1x 4,7kx7 (8pin) (Reichelt)
1x 74F257 (halbvier)
1x LT1085 3,3V (Kessler)
1x 68060 Sockel
ca. 400 Sockel Pins (z.B. Reichelt MPE+006-1-050)

I've bought from Reichelt.de before, and they do sell to private persons. I have no knowledge with Kessler or Halbvier.
