Drop the forum name from the proof of ownership requirements?

Could prove beneficial as we already know where the item is up for sale.

I Disagree. The whole point of the proof of ownership is to show that the item is being displayed properly for sale on this great place. It prompts for cloned photos from other selling sites. Don’t forget that those who become trusted members on here don’t have to prove anything. But for those noobs who join…. you just don’t know. Trust has to be earned on here.

As I said, it's probably because the FAQ's phrasing is confusing. Had the FAQ said to write "Amibay", or given an example, it would have been clearer. Saying to put the "forum name" alongside "your forum name" is confusing phrasing that can seem like an error in the FAQ.

You are welcome to list anytime you'd like. If you're unsure and want a staff member to look over your listing before you post it, that's an option too.
