Dear all,

I've received the parts today and I'm not satisfied.
The surface roughness is different compared to the other runs (which actually looks not too bad, but I leave the judgement up to you), but additionally the color is RAL9003 instead of RAL9002. I've raised the issue at the manufacturer. See pictures below:

What do you mean about the surface? Is it rough or smooth?

I think it's the camera + lighting that causes it to look grey.

Yes it is definitely black and Gregorius is correct, it is the lighting that makes it appear grey on camera. I tried from different angles, but this was the best I could do on short notice.

The know has a small square on the back, which goes in a square aluminium tube that in its case falls over the PSU power switch.

Try comparing the black and the white front panels, and you will see some more granular surface on the white one (personally I like it).

I am on another monitor now, and indeed the (white) color seems in between but closer to 90003 and i see too the roughness of the surface.
It may resist better to scratches that way.
Anyway, i don't think the manufacturer would gladly redo them so we probably have to accept the order as is.

At least the color should be correct. I have really emphasized that the color needs to be correct and they got it wrong.
The granular surface does not look bad at all.

Let us see what the response will be.
