@eXeler0: yes I was looking for one or two with French keyboards and I fell on a nest... I couldn't refuse to buy them all. Lol

@ahoj I dont think the testing of the HDMI part as such is very exciting at the moment. Im saying this because Its most likely about making sure its wired up correctly so that there are no hardware errors when the time comes and the FPGA is updated with a new core that has functions that will use the HDMI.

The exciting news will be to hear about the planned graphics core ;-)
Have not heard much really, but the Phoenix/Apollo team seem to have some nice ideas.

Yeah, but first tests should be crucial whether the card will get the HDMI port i guess? That's why i stated as i did, I wasn't expecting any benchmarking results or anything like that.. :)

HDMI would be so amazing and solve so many issues.
A wizkid guy called Kevtris on youtube is doing an FPGA for the Nintendo 8 bit, giving it HDMI output of 720p and 1080p (among other amazing things).
Will we get 1080p too with the Vampire600v2 too?

Payment sent for 1 Vampire v2... Keep up with the good stuff mate ??

For those who are interested there is gallery where I place all pictures in various stages of debugging latest core. Gallery is updated constantly and used mostly for easier bug hunting so apollo team members can help each others to understand what is going on inside core. The same images were shown on our chat.

Also fake FPGA, I had to cut it to see what's inside :P

@Sardine

It's not Majstas fault if you modify his
link!!!

A simple copy and paste brought
me to majstas pictures without registering.

Majstas link to the gallery isn´t working for me either. Brings me to the frontpage of that side. The link posted by Sardine is working fine, thanks. :)

I note I have forgotten to send majsta the PN with my address when I paid the Vampire back in april. Mea culpa. Will do that now.

regards

Dennis

Edit: Nevermind, he figured it out alone. :)

the link same as user above took me to the main page.

so I "googled" his link info "238dq4l0u" on google images trying to see what format the site used which then brought up many random pictures of which a lot included the not so nice pictures,

the warning was aimed at using the site as it seems "un-policed" or not monitored to allow media of that type.

nothing i said points to Majsta in anyway.

Hm have no idea just did the same googling for 238dq4l0u and google don't show me anything. Only my gallery, nothing else. Anyway, I will publish collection of those pictures on my site once all is done. This was only so ppl can track progress.

@Jepplen Seems early HDMI tests are confirming that the implementation is done properly on the hardware side..
