Do you have this "Lock SYS: Off" on your startup-sequence?

The Lock SYS: Off (off by default) command remains in force until the Lock SYS: On is typed in through the CLI or Shell.

All the OP has to do is unlock the partition then remove all traces of the command from the startup-sequence or user-startup files before re-starting the Amiga.

The Lock command works for the duration of the current session. If you reset or turn off the Amiga, it will cancel it.
