Hi. I will have, for the time of next week or two, only one ide+ram board for sale.
A few V402 or more V4xx boards and idecf adaptees could be available later.

All four boards shipped to highpuff.

The other one has plastic strip insulator pushed between boards and tape wrapped over boards (provides some protection to the circuits.)
V61 ram has both config in and out available at pcb pads.

Boards have 6 pins at the end. Connector in picture has /int2 red, /ovr black, ground yellow.

Ram v61 and v62 have pull down resistor for config in to enable it when not connected elsewhere.
V64 has pull up, and solder blob jumper to gnd.

Sorry, but the first post is not really clear to me. I'm interested (informally at the moment) in an 8MB+IDE board, is this available? Is it complete or do I need anything more to get it working?

Hi.
A few are available.
A Ks-rom with a600 ide driver is needed (such as KS3.1 V40.063)
and two wires connected from ide board to amiga mainboard.
If there are no other autoconfig devices, ram board doesn't need connecting wires.

Programming ram v5x/6x cpld from bottom side with cpu plugged in.
Test "pogo" pins with springs (6 in line 0.1" pitch), +5volt feed for 3v3 regulator
When ram board in socket and cpu removed, 5 volt can be had from dip64 socket and jtag from top.

is the a600 cf adapter compatible with a6095 memory expansion? I mean do they fit together with no collision under the a600's case?

I am interested in 8MB and IDE for A1000 PAL (no piggyback) :)

Is this ready to go or do i have to do soldering/programming?

CPLD parts are programmed.
-Maybe "press fit pins" could be used?
-Ic clips?
-ic socket 40pin with a wire ready soldered (piggyback socket to mainboard socket for CIA,/int2), some other socket for /ovr

Finally plugged in my 8meg+IDE:Memory works right out if the box but is there a guide somwhere to getting the IDE working? Does it need drivers?

Thanks for the info, I've done my best to follow it but I still must be doing something wrong: I've put in 3.1 ROMs, connected the OVR, INT2 and GND wires to the relevant pins on the expansion header, I have a 40-44pin IDE cable connected to a 44-pin CF adapter (CF adapter and card have been tested to work in other machines) but still nothing. Am I using the wrong kind of IDE cable? Is there a 40-pin CF adapter available somewhere? I have a 39-pin IDE cable but, of course, that won't work because it has 1 pin blocked, 40-pin ribbon cables seem to be hard to find. It's a rev6 board that I have modded for 1meg chip, could that be it? Any advice? Thanks!

The chip RAM modifications to your A500 should have no effect here.

The pin that is blocked can be bent out of the way and that cable used without issue. The extra pin is sometimes used to send power to some boards and is not relevant here anyway if your externally powering that Cf adapter.

You did not mention whether or not you properly partitioned and formatted the drive using your Workbench disks before attempting to boot from the Cf. If you have, did the drive show up there?

I have had a few CF and SD adapter boards that did not correctly work with certain combinations of flash drives. The best you can do is try another combination. I’ve had the best luck using MKL’s IDE68K with 40 pin to SD adapters from eBay.

Good luck.
