Correction, it should be very compatible (with PLL clock specs.) because that's exactly what this adapter was designed for!
The main issue for A2000 accelerator cards is the physical height of the adapter and the space limitations of the A2000 CPU slot. Unfortunately, A3000D owners have the same issue.
At least with gvp4060 there is a jumper, oscilator is 25Mhz wich is multiplied by 2 in 060 and 040 by 4. Never seen an A2000 accelerator, but yes, with correct oscilator or correct pll settings you can put it working at the right frequency for a 060.
