a few months ago I wrote my post in Wanted Amiga related section. UK based user replied and offered me a instant purchase of Amiga 600 motherboard.
On March 14th I sent him the money via PayPal, he was supposed to ship it within 2 days. On March 19th I asked him about order status and he gave me a weird excuse ("I reconciled with my Wife of 20 years this week" and so on). He promised to ship it on March 21st, but he did not, giving me another pathetic excuse ("I got back into town today, too late to make the Post Office"). He had another last login on March 24th, the very same day he had been given ultimate chance to ship the package. On March 29th I texted him and he gave me another bizarre reason ("I was in hospital but I am out now"). Since then he won't respond to my messages. Since I am attorney at law I have no problem with reporting him to proper legal enforcement body, but should I reveal his identity to the users? I am talking about deter/prevent effect of this action.
