Hi Alen
Just to update TF536 booted almost straight away had to strip down the 68000 adaptor but once all posts pushed in tight to the CPU socket she booted first time. I am using OS3.1.4 with her now. Many thanks for the great card and quality of workmanship so Glad I bought from yourself after seeing some of the shoddy work done by others.

Wow sweeping statement, do you want to elaborate so we can all avoid them :)

Board arrived about 10 minutes ago. Inspected (will insert into Amiga this evening) - well packed and AMAZING build quality - very clean job. Thanks!

item received thanks

i wil but him in my A2000 but when i used a relocator do i have to remove the 68000 cpu ?

thanks

Received both of mine today, looking forward to installing them!

Now, I just have to determine which version of Kickstart ROMs I have installed, and upgrade to 3.1 if necessary. And, to get an IDE -> CF adapter for the A500 (won't be using it on the A2000, which already has a hard drive).

Feedback left.

Yes you definitely have to remove the CPU in order to fit either the board or the relocator into the CPU socket :)

Update, I am expecting the parts to arrive tomorrow so I can resume shipping. Keep an eye on your PM inboxes!

I've got my board yesterday, much faster than expected and in nice packing.

My "finds" so far:
I've got the card last night, so I'm a bit sleepy at work today.

How it worked out in my Amiga 2000:
1. First I had to move the barrel type RTC battery in my A2000 (this barrel battery is not original but soldered in by me) just a few mm, ended up replacing it with a coin cell holder "CR2032" I had for spare, and a diode to prevent charging, and mounted it vertically to make space and ease future battery replacement.

2. Then I prepared a CF card in WinUAE, unfortunately it would not boot. Amiga partition would show up only if I first manually activated "scsi.device", for example by starting HDToolBox or just typing "version scsi.device". It would not show up automatically at early boot menu in my Kick 3.1. I suspect the CF card is not 100% compatible, and maybe it would work better if I use a 3.5" 40 pin CF-adapter with power input, so I will make a cable from 2.5" 44 pin to 3.5" 40 pin and try out that and also test with a better CF card.

3. I was able to use a GVP SCSI controller (this card also got Fast RAM,with a SCSI-SD adapter, transfer was slower than normal though, around 700-800 KB/sec raw read (previously 1.5 MB sec with same card, so this is not the optimal solution.)

4. It worked without problems with my VA2000 graphic card and CX2000 flicker fixer (4 MB Z2 addr. space)

5. It worked without problems with my A2286AT Bridgeboard (512 KB Z2. addr space)

6. I was able to get Shapeshifter to work by using the "MUMove4K" with this option "MUMove4K prepareemul a1200"

I sent you some instructions on how to solve the scsi.device issue.

Update: still no sign of the CPUs. The parcel has been stuck in Japan for almost a week now.

Yeah the Covid-19 really got the mail in super snail mode :(

I unexpectedly ended up receiving a few CPUs after all, ordered back in April. The rest should still come next week. I am now testing and packing the boards. The PMs will follow shortly.

If I don't get a reply within a few days from someone, I will remove that person from the list, but I'd appreciate if they could let me know that they are no longer interested so that I don't waste time.

Interested. I will do a review for my business' YouTube channel. I run Amiga of Rochester which is an Amiga 2000 repair business in NY.
I don't expect anything based on that, just saying. I can't wait!
I'd like a TF536 and a relocator as I have a 2000 and 500. Not sure which will get it yet (likely the 500 as my 2000 has a 68030 in it)
